2025.4.29– Energys, a leading provider of integrated hydrogen solutions, has successfully delivered and pre-accepted a cutting-edge hydrogen power system for a 130-ton mining truck in Russia. The order, completed on April 29, 2025, includes two 220kW fuel cell systems (FCS), a 960kWh lithium battery system, and a hydrogen storage system (HSS) comprising ten 410L cylinders.

This achievement stands as an industry-leading application for hydrogen fuel cells in heavy-duty mining trucks. Notably, the entire system—including the customized FCS, DCDC modules, battery system, and HSS—was meticulously designed to fit within the client’s strict spatial requirements.

A key factor in the success of this project was the highly efficient collaboration between engineering teams. Despite the complexity of the customized systems, pre-acceptance was secured after just two weeks of simulated connection testing, underscoring the robustness of the design and the seamless interoperability of all components.
"This project exemplifies our ability to deliver reliable, tailor-made hydrogen solutions for the most demanding industrial applications," said Atman. "Completing pre-acceptance in such a short timeframe highlights not only our technical expertise but also our commitment to partnering with our clients for success."
This delivery marks a significant step in the adoption of zero-emission power solutions for the mining sector and reinforces Energys’ position as an innovator in the hydrogen value chain.
